About the masterclass

After the successful and well-attended solo singing masterclass at the first edition of Rossi Fest, the organisers decided to make the solo singing masterclass a regular part of the programme at this second edition. At the second edition of the festival we had the opportunity to welcome as teacher the accomplished German concert and opera mezzo-soprano Prof. Claudia Eder, professor at the Academy of Music of the University of Mainz and member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts. The participants each had three individual sessions with Professor Eder and a pianist, and at the end of the course a concert was held at the Museum of the National Theatre in Belgrade. Eleven singers from Serbia, Macedonia and Russia took part.
