Biography

Igor Dražević (1989) completed his undergraduate and master’s studies in piano in the class of Prof. Dubravka Jovičić. He is currently in the final year of doctoral studies in piano at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade, in the class of Prof. Aleksandar Šandorov. He has studied with distinguished piano teachers: Svetlana Bogino, Vladimir Ugarkov, Aleksandar Serdar, Nevena Popović, Jokut Mihajlović, Arbo Valdma, Aleksandra Romanić, Natalija Trul and Siavush Gadjiev. He has won numerous prizes at national and international competitions. As a soloist and chamber musician he works to promote and preserve the music of Serbian composers throughout Serbia and abroad. He has taken part in contemporary music festivals such as ReConstruction (2017), KoMA (2017, 2018) and Rostrum+ (2018).
